If my girlfriend and I don't have any STDs and would like to have anal sex without a condom what health risks are there for us?

If neither has any STD there are none except anal to vagina cross contamination. Just make sure you wash your penis after anal sex before putting it into her vagina. Bacteria from the anus can cause some major vaginal infections.
