For the last week or so, when I come there is yellowish jelly-like stuff mixed in with the normal sperm and it's mildly painful too. Does anyone know what this could be? I had an STI check up a short while ago afer I got gonhorreah (in the throat) and following clearing that up, all the test were negative and I havent had sex since.

Although I went for nearly 2 years without any oral sex untill the other night. But I experienced these symptoms about a week prior to that night so I think mine is some sort of minor infection that will subside with time.
My symptoms are:
- minor burning during urination
- minor pain at ejaculation with an occasional "fleck" of a dark solid.
I have something similar.
Any ideas?

A yellow discharge indicates infection or inflammatrion. Chlamyidea or gc can end up infecting the prostate gland which secretes seminal fluid. Prostatitis takes longer to treat then garden variety gc.
You need more antibiotics and take all the pills.

I dont know about the original poster, but I wouldnt really constitute myself as having a "discharge"... it's more like mixed in with the semen... like the sperm is coagulated (sp?).

i got the same problem too bro,
but when i ejaculate, it doesn't hurt, jelly-like yellowish semen justs comes out. and for some reason, my left testicle has some minor pain sometimes, so if anyone really know the real problem, let me know

The only way to get a definite answer is to seek medical advice from your local doctor. A lot of places, you can just phone and ask for their advice without making an appointment, but if they think it is anything to worry about then they will ask you to be seen.

It sounds like its an infection. Yellow discharge often means you might have a yeast infection, which can just get worse if it isn't treating. If you having burning while you urinate its probably a UTI. Get it checked out.

I went to the clinic today... the prescribed me some pills and took a urine sample along with swabs for Gonorhea and Chlamydia.
I have three words....
OUCH *********** OUCH!

What does gonorrhea in the throat feel like? I have had a weird feeling in my throat for 4 months now, I have a lot of phlegm, sometimes difficulty swallowing... what are the symptoms of gonorrhea in the throat? Also, I have had a burning sensation and vaginal fluid for over 4 months and it all started a week after having had protected sex but unprotected oral sex... had STD done for herpes, gonorrhea and chlamydia and hiv and all negative after 3months...
