Hello.
Besides mixing it with Vitamin E, what else can I mix pure jojoba oil with to help with clogged pores and mild acne?
The average amount is about 1/2-1 ounce right? That isn't a lot, so I wouldn't want to apply it directly to my skin since I'd be using too much.
You can mix it with moisturizer I know, but I would like to mix it with something inexpensive and beneficial to acne. Would it unclog/clean pores even if I mixed it with a moisturizer?
Thanks.
Edit: How about pure Aloe Vera gel?

I agree, lol, Ive come back here several times a day to see if she responded (Marti).
Wonder if you could add a few drops of tea tree oil to the jojoba i add to my body lotion..........would it even benefit any? Or is it just an antiseptic, antifungal, agent (tea tree)

Was in Iowa for a while helping my Mother get ready for winter.
To help with acne, apply straight jojoba oil at least twice daily. Do not apply moisturizer to acne prone skin - use straight jojoba instead. Jojoba does not need to be mixed with anything else to help the acne. Wash your face with a good quality Oatmeal soap, rinse well, then apply the jojoba oil.

How much jojoba oil do I apply for each use? I put on a drop or two and it feels like it is actually the natural oil my skin makes... After an hour or two, how do I know if the oil on my skin is from the jojoba and not the actual oil?
