Well I've had these dark lines under my eyes for all my life, however they seem to be differant then other peoples dark lines in that were the darkness is, my skin has lots of mini bumps.

I done some searching on this and read that your either born with them and allergies have an effect.

Could I be allergic to anything seeing as there a kinda weird varient on dark lines?
