what happens if you pick a mole off or cut it off? I always heard that you will get real real big bumps with pus in them all over were you pick the mole off is this true?

My husband picks his off all the time. They haven't come back and no ***** holes. They do bleed when he picks them off though.

If they are little tiny "skin tags" you can cut them off with sharp disinfected scissors. If regular moles, they usually have a "root" and can become infected. Best to leave these to a dermatologist to take care of.
