Hi All. I thought I would share my success story with everyone. I am 19/F and since I was 14 I can just remember sweating under my arms, for NO REASON at all. The colder it is the more I sweat, and for certain clothes I wear I sweat more. Anyway I just went to my Dr. last thursday adn I told her my problem and she perscribed me DRYSOL. $1.53 it was with a perscription card. This is what I have been waiting for, this is what I will use forever. I thought forsure it wouldn't work but I tried it anyway and LOVE IT. I would recommend it to anyone, I have noticed DRAMATIC results in less than a week. I have even tested it out with what clothes make me sweat the most and it works 110%. If you have a underarm sweating problem go try it and feel free to ask me any questions.

Does it elimiate all sweating? Even when you get nervous?

Well I haven't sweat all week under my arms or anything, and I am sure I have been nervous or anxious b/c my boyfriend and I broke up so I have been more stressed out that usual, so I would say yeah, i might sweat a little but nothing that shows on any shirt that i wear. I still wear my deodorant during the day and the Drysol at night.

Why would you wear it at Night? isnt it like a deodorant or more like a cream that you have to apply overnight.

Yes drysol works really well. You wear it at night and then wash it off in the morning. YOu still wear deodorant because you still sweat normally just not profusely. The only trouble I have with it is that it itches terribly the first few times. There are others such as Certain Dry that do not cause this itching as much and work really well too.

Just wondering how frequently you guys use Drysol. My dr told me 1-2 times a week, but I find that if I forget and only use it once a week, it's not so effective. Would it be harmful to use it more than twice a week?

I was told my dr. to use it everyday for 1 to 2 weeks then use it every other day for maintence or every couple days, I am sure every person is different b/c I know that if I don't use it on schedule or miss a few days I can tell a difference.

Thanks Beaner! I'm glad to hear that. 1-2 times a week helped, but not 100% like I've heard (plus, there's probably not much more I can do besides this), but I'll definately up it to every other day or so, and not worry that it's too much.

It's hard to get out of night class at 9 and have to shower though to put it on, with everything else I have to do, but if it works, it's worth it!

I did some research and I found about this deodorant called Maxim, it says it works really good. Anyone ever tried this?

I have really sensitive skin, and the Drysol makes me break out in little painful red bumps that burn. Anyone found a way around this? I really need the Drysol- I sweat SO much! Help!
