When I was 15,I could spike my hair easily with good gel. After applying the gel,my hair would stand up easily. But since I've been dying my hair alot now (I'm 17) my hair can not stand up anymore. I've used conditioners but to no avail. I haven't died my hair for 2 months now but it still won't spike it. Whats the deal?

but ill just reply. Even if you dyed your hair alot and damaging it i think you can have it still spiked up. Most people have dyed their hair most of the time yet they can still be spiked i doubt why you cant. Even if you really damaged hair or even curly ones with good strong spiking hair products today you can. People that do mohawks even use Elmer's glue or kool aid gelatin...

Have you tried even stronger gel/wax? I heard ICE spike glue is really strong and probably some other people can reccomend you other strong spiking products.
