Hey everyone... first time posting here. Since I can remember my hands (especially my fingers) are ALWAYS cold. Even in the summer. I am an amateur hockey player and eat very good... I dont know what the problem is regarding that. The only time they are warm is when I am working out, or taking a shower. But 10 minutes after I finish they are back to normal. Another question is that my hands constantly chap from cold weather. Every day I have to use a moisturizer but it always fades rather quickly. Anyone have any comment on this? I am aware its not a serious issue but its something im curious about.
Thanks.

have you had your thyroid checked? underactive thyroid can cause those things. ask your doctor next time you go, i'm sure lots of things could cause that.

Hi Testament,
I also think you should get your thyroid checked. My hands have always been cold and my toes too. I have a thyroid disease and also have Raynaud's disease which is not fun. My fingers get so cold they become numb and white. This happens in the grocery store too.
You should ask for TSH, T4, T3 tests for your thyroid.
Good luck!

thay could also be cold if you dont have good or enough cerculation to your hands. i had that it i found out that i had a pinched nerve in my spine so it wasn't sending enough blood to my fingers
