Well, this is basically another jojoba oil question (Sorry Marti http://www.healthboards.com/ubb/tongue.gif)...
Anyway, I bought this lip balm that is in a little circular disc and the ingredients are:
Coconut oil, beeswax, sweet almond oil, lanolin, tocopherol/tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E), peppermint oil, and comfrey root extract.
Would this product work better if I applied jojoba oil to my lips before using this lip balm?
Also, can you give me some tips to help my lips stay soft and supple without having to apply lip balm all the time?

Edit: One more thing, I remember someone on this board, not sure if it was you or not, but someone said to avoid using petroleum/petrolatum products (Vaseline and the like) on your lips... Why is that?
