I wish I did. I sort of think mine could be caused by hormone ups and downs. I'm taking estrogen, have been for 10 years. At one point a while ago my face looked like it had this really awful tan with brown blotches on the cheeks. I slowed down the estrogen and it brightened up. I also use Ombrelle spf30. That seems to help. Let me know if you find anything.
