Hello, I was out camping last weekend and didnt put on any sun block. During this week, my skin on my arms started peeling. Is there any way to help it fall off quicker. It sucks walking around with patches of skin missing off your arm..

Sunburn is no different from any other burn, except by degree. Your dead skin is protecting the 1st or 2nd degree burn underneath, and romoval of the skin would result in infection. That said, an ALOE VERA lotion is one of the best healers for burns, although it would have been more effective to apply it shortly after receiving the burn. You can get the dead skin off by using pumice soap designed to exfoliate skin. There's also a product sold at walgreens called softer hands and feet that will exfoliate skin rather well.
