on friday my bf noticed that he had a mark on his elbow. it looked like a small rash but he said it didnt itch or hurt. it has now grown almost completely around his elbow like a ring. it is also starting to go up his arm. he says it still doesnt hurt or itch but it is now starting to flake a little. he doesnt have a fever or anything and its only on his arm. any ideas?
