I've had pesty small red pepper dots on my legs for several years. They do not itch or hurt, but are unsightly. My dermatologist diagnosed it as Schamberg's Purpura, a benign, chronic condition of unkown etiology and no cure. Has anyone else had this? The tiny red spots eventually change to a brown color as time passes. Please let me know if you have found anything to halt this capillaritis. Thanks.

Hoping to find a response. I'll check back later again. Thanks!
