I have a big problem with puffiness under my eyes. I've tried cucumber slices, tea bags, ice, and sleeping with extra pillows under my head. Outside of surgery, does anyone know of something that might help?

Sometimes bags under the eyes are symptoms of larger health issues, specifically a congested or toxic liver. After I had a few colonics and began a cleansing diet, the bags under my eyes disappeared.

Bags under the eyes specifically point to the kidneys. You probably need to rest, take time for yourself ,do some good things for yourself......get some bodywork done.A experienced acupuncturist will be able to balance the energy of your kidney/bladder meridians and work with any other health problems. If you do not want needles, try acupressure....Shiatsu,Jin Shin Do and Tui Na are all worth checking out.If you can, do yoga or some deep stretching, drink lots of water(2 litres a day),eat well(75% vegetables & fruits,15%complex carbs and 10% protein), take an epsom salt bath with some pure essential oils, get bodywork, and get some sleep.............and then do it again and again. You will feel better and look better immediately, and after a few weeks your bags will be gone.Oh yeah ,try jojoba oil for your face and body, especially your eyes,it has many healing properties for the skin, check it out( on the net).Good luck!

Thanks RageOfAngels and BGirl for your advice. You may be right about taking better care of myself, as I am taking care of everyone but me, and I have also been quite stressed out and not sleeping very good. Thanks so much for your input!
