i have these two patches of little whitish sorta yellowish bumps on my lips and was wondering what it was and if theres a treatment.. also if i can kiss a girl without giving them whatever i have..

i have those too, but mine is a lil dark. Um I always kissed my gf and she never got em. I still hav yet to find a treatment for this
