A month ago, I recieved a sun burn on my shoulders. Not too bad. As a result, the skin has been very itchy since then. Plus, although you can't see them, there are little bumps. Any idea what this could be?

Maybe you got a bit of sun poisoning? The itching may be the healing. It it persists go see a dermatoligist.

It's not skin cancer, if that's what you're worried about. You may want to try using some Cortaid on it and see if that helps. You can find it at any drugstore and clears up most anything in a day or two. It will also relieve the itching.
