i was wondering is there any think over the conter that i could use to put on my nail so i would not bit them any more i am afraid that if i keep bitting them tht they will get to low.

Get a manicure.
Once your nails look good, and there are no more rough edges to drive you to bite them, you might have more motivation to let them grow.
