I've heard that flouride and other ingredients in toothpaste can aggravate perioral dermatitis. Does anyone know of a good toothpaste to try for this condition? Someone mentioned "Tom's," but I'm having trouble finding it where I live, and when I go on their website they have like 8 different kinds of toothpaste and I'm not sure which type would be the best for perioral dermatitis. Thanks!

Have you tried Aquafresh gel? Stay away from pastes and products for tarter control.
Try children's toothpaste -bubblle gum flavored, it is very mild.
Also, Biotene, is made for dry mouths, but it is very gentle. Cancer patients use it and they can have very sensitive skin.
Be sure to rinse you skin very well after brushing.
