hello,

my face is a light brown color but around my mouth/chin area is really dark..im guessing it's hyperpigmentation right?...does anybody know ways of getting rid of this? it makes me very self conscious and b/c of it i have to wear make up just to disguise it..do i need to see a derm or Doctor about this? and what can they do about it?

Thanks

Try putting higher SPF around your mouth. They say that one should wear SPF 15 on face daily, try 30 around the mouth. If it is hyperpigmentation the lessened exposure to the rays should do the trick, good luck.
