I'm a 24 year old female. I've always had these little dark hairs that grow on my chin. My mom has always called them "wild hairs" Well these hairs sure have gone wild! It started out with a few and now they've multiplied. I pluck them and bleach them and use hair remover, but they just grow back in a day or two. I've never waxed them because by they time they're long enough to wax, I have a beard! From plucking, I've gotten dark spots (almost scars) on my chin. I've even had people say it looks like I have dirt on my chin. So I try to cover it up with makeup but that doesn't help! Anyone please help me get rid of the hairs and the scars!
