Has anyone tried these? I saw two styles. The first was by IGIA and I think it was about $10.00. The second was more like a traditional eyelash curler with heat. Don't remember the mfg. or cost.

Eyelash curlers are the worst thing you could do to your lashes. Have you ever tried curling mascaras? I use Estee Lauders's and I apply it on the top of my lashes first then come from underneath to lift them up. The same for the bottom lashes. Always use a dry eyelash brush to separate your lashes. It takes time to work on eyelashes. Some ppl just slap it on and go and wonder why their lashes look so clumpy and yucky.-Roni

I personally have been using an eyelash curler for 25 years and never a problem. I am very careful to keep them conditioned and always use a mild mascara remover jel. The heated ones I would be particularly concerned with as they would eventually dry our your lashes. Another hint when applying mascara. Place a mirror on your table and simply look over it on the the table and apply mascara. Always do a thin layer and let dry and than go back for the final emphasizing more on the tips. Use a mascara such as Volume/Loreal for your bottom lashes. When applying, gently move side to side while applying and finalizing going up and down brush strokes, just a few.

Revlons color stay eyeline is wonderful. Stays put all day and best of all, glides right on.

Since 16 I began wearing lipstick and blush. When I turned 18, the eyes and face became involved. I am now 47 and never stop learning about the best makeups and great tips on websites. What to buy and what not to!!

i've never use i heated eyelash curler. why don't you just try a regular eyelash curler with out the heat. my friend uses one all the time and looks good. either that or like some people said just find curling mascara. theres tons of different kinds out there!
