Blue or purple circles under your eyes can indicate allergies. Mine are from lack of sleep but when my son had allergies the doctor told me that's what his purplish circles were from.

I also get them only when I'm tired, but my best friend had black circles all the time. The doctor told her it's genetic and if she REALLY wants to change it, she could try fat injections. That's supposed to change the way the light hits the area and make it look less dark.
For a less drastic fix, however, there are a million concealers on the market and some are quite wonderful. I use Clinique's when I need it and it makes a big difference. You don't have to worry that it'll be obvious; just pick a good one and have the salesperson show you how to apply it correctly.

sometimes concealers can draw more attention because if the circles are really dark youneed alot of product to cover them up..try drinking more water ..when i started doing that the area under my eyes looked less dark

Yes. Try a concealer. But put on thin layers so it doesn't look blotchy. Get the yellow colored ones, not the green ones. The green ones are for covering up red spots.

I've tried several undereye creams but they don't seen to help.

Aloe vera gel has definitely faded mine, I use Fruit of the Earth %100 pure, clear aloe vera gel. It's taken a month but it's helped a lot. It has lots of vitamins in it and builds collagen so it's good for so many things! Also, I stopped drinking soda, except maybe once every now and then. I drink lot's of water. I started taking vitamin C too, and I already took a multi-vitamin everyday and I still do that.

Darkness under the eyes can also be a sign of a sluggish liver. You may want to see if that is the problem as well, because if you can clear the underlying condition the bags go away. That is what happened with me.
