Hey there, my palms are peeling and the knuckles and surrounding area are very dry. I took a ceramics/pottery class once and the teacher told us to bring lotion because the clay would take out the moisture from our hands and as the days went by I thought I wasn't being bothered from it because my hands looked fine. Well, after a little bit I noticed they were quite dry. That was about a year or maybe a little less than that ago, but I think that's what it's from. Are you using lotion? A couple times I've used Burt's Bee's Lemon Cuticle and Nail Creme, something like that on my "palms, knuckles, and surrounding areas" and I think it's really helping. Maybe you might want to try that, or a strong lotion??? Good luck!! :) ;)
