Hi, i am from kenya, and ive had psorasis for 5yrs,does SKINZINC work? and if so how can i get same. i am using MOMETASONE FUROATE LOTION 0.15%(elocon)30ml which i mix with daivonex and vaseline to make it less dry.is there a bigger bottle for the above lotion? medicines for our condition here is very expensive and buying them in small doses is expensive.is there a soap and moistiuzer? i have family aboard who are willing to get me the medicine, unfortunately if there any psoriasis victims here they are silent so i cant exchange ideas or options on medicines.

do you have coal tar soap there? that's supposed to work. other remedies are vitamin d. the same vitamin you get from the sun(thats why tanning and being outdoors are effective). you can take that in a pill form. hydrocortisone cream, you can buy that over the counter here(canada) im not sure how easy it is to get where you are. omega 3 is also good for your condition. not sure how much this helps, good luck
