Hmm, it sounds like you might just have a little excess fatty-type tissue under your eyes that only shows when you smile. Most likely, as you get older and your face thins out some, this excess tissue will go away (most people's faces get thinner as they approach adulthood). I don't know of anything you could do to diminish it (short of plastic surgery). Sorry, maybe someone else will come along with an answer.
