What is this?
I get these periods during the day when I feel very drowsy , heavy , weighted and have to flop to sleep. It really disrupts my daily routine and normal sleep pattern.
I also get sleep paralysis and have a bunch of other worrrying symptoms too - tremor,fatigue,confusion
With regards the feeling though - awful - loathe it. feels like the breath has been knocked out of me too. i just seem to be able to dive straight into an OH SO NICE SLEEP , and feel replenished after - but with breath knocked out of me..

Leathan, My husband has had similar problems. We both have had and having sleep studies done soon. I would go the your doctor and tell him your symtoms he should request both a day and night study, Good luck and take care, Kim I don't come to this board too much FMS board mostly, but will check later.
