I want to know I am free from addiction, I have add so I take adderal in the morning 5mg, at night I have insomnia and cannot sleep without something that will knock me out,, I have tried xanax, trazadone, remeron, tranxene, most of which made me sleepy the next morning,, I have been on ativan 2mg at night before bed and it works great. My question is,, I would like to use my ativan still but perhaps at a lower dosage and take something natural like vitamin b in order to not be so dependent on it but it takes alot to put me to sleep,, I mean alot, what do you recommend?
