I took 5-10 mg. of ambien up to 3-4 times a week for 4 months because I couldn't fall asleep. Before I took ambien, I always had trouble falling asleep, but once asleep, I'd always sleep at least 8 hours. Since having taken ambien, I cannot generally sleep more than 4 hours a night. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem?
