I have always been able to get chin straps through the local Home Health office, if your area doesn't have this type of place the office where you got your CPAP unit should beable to supply you with one or at least beable to tell you where you can get one.

I actually just had my wife make one for me, LOL, it works great. just got some stretch material and velcro.
