i get terrible night sweats off and on. I'm 18 and am on medication that causes this(which i can't just stop taking) i sleep in a cool room and wake up at night sweating so i throw off the sheet and start freezing leaving me hot and cold at the same time. i was wondering if there was anything natural to relieve this problem?

Maybe the med's are messing with hormonal levels, have the doc. do a test for this. Maybe something could be done? Diana
