It seems i just cnat sleep through the night! ne one have ne adivce on how to help yurself get through the night without waking up? When i wake up i usually end up a long while before ill finally get back to sleep and that makes me really tired the next day. Also-does ne one else not sleep if they are naseated or not feelnig well? I cant sleep at all if i dont feel well and was wondering ifthat was normal?

I think your the same person I replied to on the general health board. Have you ever tried taking Magnesium citrate? It's water soluble, and helps with relaxation.

There is a really good article posted in the Thyroid board about it. Look for the post called 'Information Archive" it's on page #2, just scroll down till you find the information on it. Then go on to page #3 and read about Maca and see if that's something you might want to try also. I hope this helps. Diana :wave:
