I wake up every night atleast twice, maybe even 3 or 4 times. I usually go to the washroom and try to go back to bed but it becomes so frustrating sometimes when i cant fall back asleep. Its not because of drinking alot of water either because i tried taking pretty much no water once and i still woke up twice that night to go to the washroom.
I do drink a lot of water on a regular basis though because i workout a lot, but could that be the problem?
This never used to happen to me a few years ago when i didnt workout.
Is there a solution?
Also does anyone have any general tips for falling asleep?

I wake up a lot but mine is due to sleep apnea, have u ever had any sleep studies??????
