I have been having so much trouble sleeping these past few days. I wont fall asleep until about 2-3am, sometimes even 4 and you would think I would sleep until late but the latest I ever wake up is around 10 am. I eat healthy and get a good amount of exercise so it is nothing nutritional. In addition, during the daytime around 3-4ish I get really sleepy and nap for no more than an hour. I'm so tired of not getting enough sleep and not sleeping when more normal people do :( Any advice? (p.s. even when I do not nap in the daytime I have problems falling asleep and sleeping until a good time)

hey!! this has been happening to me for the last four years now and i've gotten used to it though. i've been to the doctor and all i get are pills(ambien) and it does work but i just couldn't keep taking it. i try not to let it bother me though.
in your case its just been a few days so thats probably nothing.

anyway, you have to get back on a good sleeping schedule. to do this, you have to get up early regardless of when you got to bed; even if you got to bed late. if you only get 4 or 5 hours the first time you do this, the next night you'll feel sleepy earlier. for me, the earlier i get up, the better i feel all day regardless of how many hours sleep i got.
