For the past 5 days, after sleeping fine for the first 3 or so hours, I start waking up every hour or more, sometimes every half hour! I wake up, look at the clock, roll over, and go back to sleep!
This happens at least 5 times a night! The past few nights I have just gotten frustrated with it and get up earlier than usual just so I don't have to deal with it!
Now last night I fell asleep perfectly fine at 2am and at 5:30am I woke up with the worst headache of my life! I never get headaches, but this pain was almost unbearable! It's 10:30am now and I've been up for 5 hours already, and I still have this headache!
I have never had a problem sleeping before, just the past few nights, and nothing unusual or out of the ordinary has been going on, no increased stress or shift work or anything of the sort!
Anyone have a clue? Should I take an OTC sleep aid and see if it helps? I've gotten about 15 hours of sleep in the last 96 hours (4 days)!
Please help!

Dude sounds like you may have sleep apena. You need to get a sleep study done. Headaches in the morn and not a constant sleep through the night could be symtoms. Sleep apnea is when you stop breathing for a legnth of time the lack of O2 is the cause of the headaches. See your Dr and ask for a sleep stucy
