Ok since I wrote this post, I have continued to attempt to regulate my sleep to falling asleep at 2 and waking at 10:30 and so far its working! (well close, I normally cant fall asleep until later but, its waking up not tired I want) I wake up refreshed (more than I have ever been sleeping 12 hours!!), I plan to keep this for about 2 weeks then reducing another hour (1am to 9:30am)

Hi it sounds like your on the right track. I can easily sleep 16 hours - so i understand. I think the more we sleep the more lathargic our bodies become and the more they just want to lay around.

So forcing yourself to get up at the same time daily will probally help alot.

Do you have a set schedule with work and all? I don't, thats why I think my sleep is all screwed up.
