This is a new development in my life. The last couple night I haven't been sleeping so well. On top of that I have been waking up grinding my teeth and clenching them. It's like I'm biting down as hard as possible. I have a friend that stayed with me and slept in the same bed as me a couple months ago and she did not notice any noise of it nor have my parents in the past so it seems that it is a new development. Anybody ever hear of this suddenly starting. I thought it was something that people did since they were children.
