i'm 16/m have mild eczema and acne
every nite i go to bed i can never sleep i itch and scratch all nite when i wake up theres all dead skin on my sheets and i'm very tired.
i think all the itching causes stress which makes me can't sleep plz help me wit feedback

i really can't help you...i get the itchies a lot myself...i always think there are little bugs crawling all over my body...
