For as long as i can remember i have a problems getting up in the morning, when i wake up i feel like i have been sleeping for 10 years, IE haven't moved. So my body hurts in the morning and it takes a hour or 2 for my body to feel half way normal. My mouth is dry too. What could this be? Its so hard to get up, sometimes i just cant pull myself out of bed.

There are lots of reasons why you may feel like this. Examples would be:
How many hours sleep per night on average to you have? You may be sleeping for too long or too little. The recommended sleep is 8 hours per night.
What kind of mattress do you have on your bed? Is it soft, hard, lumpy, saggy? You may suffer from back problems due to your mattress - although you feel pain and ache all over, most problems are as a result of pressure on the spine. You may benefit from an orthopaedic mattress.
Air conditioning could have a major part to play - your muscles can become cold during the night and seize up. I know that sometimes when I've been on holiday and had air conditioning in the room, if I've had my arm out of bed all night, it is really stiff in the morning!
These are just a few examples.
It may be down to the fact that you are stressed or tense about something? Perhaps you could benefit from having some kind of relaxation "me time" before sleep.
Let me know how you get on.
