From what I have read the best dosage for melatonin is about 0.3 mg but most of the sources seem to have their lowest strenght at 3.0 mg. Can someone suggest where to find the lower strenght.

I've been getting Natrol melatonin at Wal-Mart
then I cut their 1.0 mg tablets into quarters.

I found liquid melatonin with a measure dropper at Whole Earth Food Store (grocery chain in Florida). You can choose your dose and I think it absorbs faster being a liquid. It works very well. If you have a Wild Oats grocery, they may also carry it.
