lol. sorry. I've never had any sleep disorders related to pizza. if I had to guess I'd say one night when you ate pizza, you had insomnia. for some reason you figured the insomnia was caused by the pizza, so next time you ate pizza you were stressed about not sleeping - as a result of this anxiety you can't sleep every time you eat pizza. or, maybe pizzaa just gives you insomnia. :). don't eat it too close to bedtime, and just don't eat too much. over eating before bedtime makes your digestive system work overtime, which keeps you awake.
