I am looking to see if I can find some help with my sleeping problem. I sleep fine during the day, but I can't sleep at all during the night. I think my interenal clock is screwed up. Is there anything I can do about this?

Hey,
I've heard of a sleeping disorder like that, but I only know the Norwegian word for it.
It sounds to me that you ought to go see a sleep specialist. Get your regular doctor to track one down for you.

My fiance has this problem...he's a complete night person and feels best when he can stay up until about 4 or 5 in the morning and sleep untnil about 1 or 2 in the afternoon. I don't know the name for this at all, but I think some people are just like this! Let me know if you find anything out that helps! The world isn't made for night owls, especially when you are a student with class in the mornings.
