I've been using my CPAP for about 8 years, in the last couple months I've noticed I'm starting to have symptoms (acid reflux, daytime sleepiness) that suggest my CPAP isn't working at night. I've got an appointment schedule in July but I'm starting to worry about my Oxygen level at night, when I was originally tested it dropped to 72% w/o a CPAP. I've had the machine tested and it's correct for my PSI but I've also recently had a weight gain. I've talked with a Dr on the phone and she suggested I get in ASAP. Any tips on how to get into the (stanford) sleep clinic any faster or any other advice?
