Sometimes when I am dozing off to sleep, I get what feels like an icy blast going through my scalp and it wakes me up with a jolt, most times making a noise in my ears. Often I see things while I lie there, they tend to be random things floating..

Has anyone experienced this, or have anywhere I could go for further information as it really is messing with my sleep pattern, often I sleep with the door open and hall light on, this embarrases me as i'm 20 years old now..
