Ok, all of my life I have had a sleeping promblem. I have real trouble getting to sleep alot lately. My younger sister goes to early chucrch class around 6 in the moring and they wake up around 5:30 in the moring to go over to the class. Up tell then I had really now problem, sleeping. I figured out my sleeping patterns-my deep sleep especially is betweeen 3-6:30 in the moring and now I cannot get back to sleep. I wake up at 3 am and can't get back to sleep. I wake up alot during the night and it takes me a good hour or more to fall asleep. I'm only getting an hour of sleep. I need help, here. I tired to adapt for 2 months now and its not improving at all.

I went to the doctor today, and told him everything my sleeping promblems. And he prescribled Zyrtec and some nasal spray, to help me fall a sleep more. I just know its not going to work. Should I see a sleep expert about it. I really need sleep, Its affecting my heath.

for one thing don't say somethings not going to work until you try it. One of the problems I've alway had with sleeping is if there's something bothering me nothing will help me to sleep. Try seeing a therapist, maybe something is bothering you. You should see a sleep specialist if that doesn't help. They could do a sleep study on you.
