Hello!
Over the past year or two when I wakeup and it's dark outside or not light enough that my bedroom is somewhat lit, my eyes are sensitive to light all day and I often feel somewhat "groggy" or tired. If I wake up with light in my room I usually feel rested and well.
Might anyone know if this is a sleep disorder or a way I might remedy this? It's a relatively new condition,I used to wake up at dark while in the military and never had a problem.
Thanks
EJ

this is just a guess but mabye it has to do with your circadian rythm. like when you wake up in the dark your body thinks it should still be sleeping and doesnt get out of that stage. but when you wake up in the light your body knows its time to get up.
