May I please ask for your assistance/direction & I'm grateful for it...
Upon waking from sleep (even naps) I shake with uncontrollable, quick shakes/vibrations/tremors in my hands & arms & shoulders which last about 30 seconds. This has been happening continuously since spring 2003.
(Dr. thinks possible sleep paralysis...I sleep very lightly & wake to any disturbance/noise & dream very vividly)...
If anyone has any help to offer it is greatly appreciated.
Good to you all, Bee in Georgia

Bubbly,
Unfortunately, I can't offer any help, only support. I too, for over a year, experience trembling/vibrating/shaking all over my body just when I'm about to fall alseep, and upon wakening. It's a very strange, sometimes scary experience. It doesn't happen all the time, but probably about once to three times a week. It could be caused from anxiety I guess, although there is really no rhyme or reason as to when it comes or what triggers it. Sometimes chamomille(sp) tea helps if I take it before I try to go to sleep. You're not alone.
