I'm a 43 year old single parent of two children, ages 8 and 14. I quit smoking over 100 days ago. Since I quit I can't seem to stay awake past 8:30-9:00 pm. As soon as I sit down it seems like I'm dosing off. I get up about 6:00 am during the week, but the weekends I can sleep til 8 - 9 am. I work out on a regular basis, but really think this is too much sleep. Is there a way I can overcome this, at first I thought it was my body adjusting to the lack of nicotine, but that's gone by now. Any suggestions?
