Well this has been going on for about 3 months,I just cant sleep i would go 3 days at a time with no sleep !!!!!!!I am now taking restrol 15mg and that will only give 3-4 of sleep!!!!! I have also taken 30 mgs to with the same results.I am so DAM TIRED AND I CANT SLEEP !!!!!!!!!! and i dont want to take these pills anymore,but without them i get no sleep at all SOME 1 PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

When something is bothering me, nothing helps me to sleep. Just being able to talk to someone about my problems helped. Therapy also helped. Talk to someone, anyone. A friend that you trust.
