am 28 been smoking for 16 years first attempt to quit at hand. not doin to bad quit cold turkey, anyone ever get extreme nausea ? i have for the past 2 days and really dont like it

the nausea is what people have termed "the nicotine flu" not everyone gets it but some do, it makes you feel like your having, well, the flu. :) It is normal.

I quit 5 mos. ago . . . smoked for 13 years!
Way back when though, I quit (about 5 years ago) for about 1 week. I know exactly what you're talking about . . . nauseated along with THE WORST MIGRAINE HEADACHE I EVER HAD!!!! I did start smoking again though. But I'm done for good now.
I believe they will pass. I didn't get any this time around because I got the gum . . . now I need to get off of that.
Keep up the good work and keep us posted as to you're progress!!
