My husband wants to go to a seminar with hypnosis to help him quit smoking - does anyone know if this works long term?? He's not sure whether to do that or use Zyban (he used Zyban before, he only quit for 6 months, and it gave him really WEIRD psychological side effects!) I'd hate for him to take it again!

I smoked a cigarette as soon as I was out of the hotel lobby of the hypnosis seminar I went to. It was a waste of money and time.
